* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...East River near East River near Greenleaf.
* WHEN...From this morning until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, At flood stage, widespread lowland and farm
land flooding is occurring. Water may be covering parts of
Wrightstown Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.

Instruction:
