...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...
Kickapoo River at Ontario affecting Monroe and Vernon Counties.
.Heavy rain has resulted in minor flooding along the Kickapoo River
neat Ontario. No additional rainfall is expected as the rain is
ending across the basin.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring on the south side of the town
of Ontario due to the Brush Creek and Kickapoo River and minor
flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Kickapoo River at Ontario.
* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Flooding occurs along the river in the
Ontario area. Water may be over Highway P near Bridge 10, and also
over Winchell Valley Road at Bridge 8.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 16.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 1:00 AM CDT Saturday was 16.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.6
feet early this morning. It will then fall below flood stage
late tonight.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
17.2 feet on 03/28/2014.

Instruction:
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
