For the Naches River...including Cliffdell, Naches...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Naches River near Naches. * WHEN...Until later this evening. * IMPACTS...At 17.8 feet, At this level, there will be minor flooding near Naches, Eschback Park, Painted Rock and the north end of Yakima. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 PM PDT Wednesday the stage was 17.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 2:45 PM PDT Wednesday was 18.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this evening and continue falling to 16.1 feet by Saturday. - Flood stage is 17.8 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.8 feet on 05/18/2006. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
