Washington...
Skookumchuck River Near Bucoda affecting Thurston County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Skookumchuck River near Bucoda.
* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 211.5 feet, the Skookumchuck River in Thurston County
will flood a few roads and low pasture lands near Bucoda.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:45 PM PDT Saturday the stage was 213.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 211.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 5:45 PM PDT Saturday was 214.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river has crested and levels will continue to
fall. It is expected to fall below flood stage early Monday
morning, receding to 208.9 feet by Tuesday afternoon.
