...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Washington... South Fork Palouse River at Pullman affecting Whitman County. For the Palouse River...including Pullman...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...South Fork Palouse River at Pullman. * WHEN...Until this morning. * IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Minor flooding in the residential and business areas along the river in and around Pullman can be expected. Ponding of water on portions of Grand Ave near Missouri Flat Creek. Flooding in portions of Spring Street Skate Park, the City Palyfields, and the Pullman RV Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:15 PM PDT Friday the stage was 6.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 5.5 feet. - Forecast...The river will oscillate above flood stage with a maximum value of 7.2 feet early this morning. It will fall below flood stage early this morning. - Flood stage is 7.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 7.0 feet on 03/10/2017. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
