...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Washington...Oregon... Cowlitz River at Kelso affecting Cowlitz County. Grays River at Covered Bridge near Rosburg affecting Wahkiakum County. Johnson Creek at Sycamore affecting Multnomah and Clackamas Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Grays River at Covered Bridge near Rosburg. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...Above 28.5 feet, expect some flooding of roads along and near the Grays River, especially downstream of the gage, including roadway approaches to the Altoona Bridge over the Grays, and portions of Covered Bridge Road, Barr-Durrah Road, and Loop Road near Rosburg and Hwy 4. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:15 PM PDT Friday the stage was 28.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 27.5 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:15 PM PDT Friday was 28.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage by early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 28.5 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive through flooded areas. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
