* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam continues. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Vermont, including the following county, Caledonia. * WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Depending on ice behavior, any release of the ice jam could result in sudden rises of water, leading to a rapid flooding situation. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 341 PM EDT, Emergency Management reported an ice jam near the intersection of the Passumpsic and Moose Rivers, with homes being evacuated on Elm Street and Concord Avenue. Flooding is already occurring. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
