South Fork Sabine River Near Quinlan affecting Rockwall and Hunt Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan. * WHEN...From this morning to late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 11.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 15.7 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening.
