* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southern Mercer County in northwestern Pennsylvania... Northern Lawrence County in western Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 344 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated very heavy rain fell across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional light to moderate rain could maintain elevated creeks and streams this morning, resulting in flooding in some locations. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
