Grays River at Covered Bridge near Rosburg affecting Wahkiakum County. Johnson Creek at Sycamore affecting Clackamas and Multnomah Counties. Nehalem River near Foss affecting Clatsop and Tillamook Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Nehalem River near Foss. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...Above 15.0 feet, expect minor flooding of low lying farm land and structures. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:15 PM PDT Friday the stage was 14.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 15.2 feet late tonight.
