For the Umatilla River...including Pendleton, Gibbon...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Umatilla River near Gibbon. * WHEN...From this evening to late tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, flooding of pastures and outbuildings close to the river from around the Bar M Ranch downstream through the Cayuse area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:15 AM PDT Friday the stage was 6.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 9.4 feet late tonight.
