* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Oregon, including the following county, Multnomah. * WHEN...Until 600 AM PDT. * IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from rainfall. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 346 AM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview and Wood Village. - The Tualatin River at Dilly and the Nehalem River near Foss are currently at action stage, with multiple other rivers forecasted to reach action stage or minor flood stage by Friday afternoon. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
