* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Poteau River near Panama.
* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 31.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs.
Williams Road east of Panama is flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 29.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 30.5
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this
evening.
- Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
