* WHEN...Until 1030 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 800 AM EDT, Doppler radar, automated rain gauges, and DOT
reports indicated an area of very heavy rainfall across the
warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Wheeling, Moundsville, Bellaire, Waynesburg, Bethlehem,
Woodsfield, Triadelphia, Shadyside, McMechen, Powhatan Point,
Glen Dale, Cameron, Benwood, Rogersville, West Finley,
Beallsville, Clarington, Aleppo and Jerusalem.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
