Description:
* WHAT...River flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following
county, Ottawa.
* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The Portage River has crested but flooding continues due
to heavy rain earlier this week. Low-water crossings are inundated
with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 344 AM EDT, river gauge reports indicate the river was at
12.4 feet and falling. Flooding will continue along the
Portage River near Elmore while slowly receding today.
- At 12.0 feet, minor flooding is occurring with flooding along
State Route 105. Businesses on Luckey avenue may be
threatened by flood water.

Oak Harbor and Elmore.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
