* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Flooding begins throughout Cascade Park in
Elyria.

- At 5:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 14.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.2
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage
tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
