* IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Flood waters encroach on Meadowbrook Drive.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 12.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 7.6 feet Tuesday
morning.
- Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
