* IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Recreational campgrounds near Napoleon
begin to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:20 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 11.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday
evening.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
