* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding of low land and agricultural land
begins near the river.

- At 3:00 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 10.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 12.4 feet just after midnight
tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday
morning.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
