* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following counties, Hancock, Wood and Wyandot. * WHEN...Until 215 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1128 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Lye Creek in Findlay is in minor flood stage. At 11:30 PM EDT, the stage was at 6.34 feet and holding steady. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Findlay, Fostoria, McComb, Arlington, Arcadia, Rawson, Vanlue, Van Buren, Bloomdale, Mount Blanchard, Benton Ridge, Jenera, Mount Cory, Bairdstown and Williamstown. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
