Minor flooding of low lying areas begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 9.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 10.6 feet just after midnight tonight.
