Minor flooding of low lying areas begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 9.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 10.5 feet tomorrow morning.
