* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southern Guernsey County in east central Ohio... Western Monroe County in east central Ohio... Noble County in east central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 728 PM EDT, the Department of Transportation reported heavy rainfall in the warned area resulting in some road closures. Flooding continues. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain fell in the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Caldwell, Dudley, Quaker City, Senecaville, Pleasant City, Summerfield, Belle Valley, Lewisville, Sarahsville, Dexter City, Salesville, Stafford, Graysville, Batesville, Harriettsville, Seneca Lake Park, Wolf Run State Park and Rinard Mills. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
