Scioto River at Circleville.
...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers...
Mad River near Springfield.
Licking River in Ohio Near Newark.
Raccoon Creek near Granville.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Great Miami River at Sidney.
* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, The river approaches the bank on the west
side of Custenborder Field. At stages above 10 feet, city
officials begin flood operations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:30 AM EDT Friday the stage was 9.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 10.5 feet this evening. It will
then fall below flood stage late this evening.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
