Mad River near Springfield. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mad River near Springfield. * WHEN...Until late this evening. * IMPACTS...at 13.0 feet, in addition to flooding along Lower Valley Pike between Old Mill Road and State Route 369, Spengler Road is flooded, and the I-70 Westbound exit to Medway at route 675 is closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:15 AM EDT Friday the stage was 11.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 12.8 feet early this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage by evening. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
