* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding of low land and agricultural land
begins near the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
this afternoon and continue falling to 9.6 feet Friday
morning.
