...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Ohio... Indiana... Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier affecting Williams County. Tiffin River at Stryker affecting Defiance, Williams and Fulton OH Counties. Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville affecting Defiance, Allen IN and De Kalb Counties. .Recent rainfall across the Maumee Basin has resulted in rising waters. For the Saint Joseph River Ohio...including Montpelier, Newville... Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Tiffin River...including Stryker...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier. * WHEN...Until Monday evening. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, County Road K, one mile southwest of Montpelier is flooded. Flood waters affect the southeast side of Pioneer and cover large areas of low land and agricultural land near the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.4 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 1:45 PM EDT Thursday was 13.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.6 feet tomorrow morning.
