* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following
county, Washington.
* WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of upper portions of Duck Creek and it's
tributaries is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 234 PM EDT, gauge reports indicate flooding of upper
portions of Duck Creek and it's tributaries is occurring.
- The gauge on Duck Creek near Macksburg was at 14.3 feet and
near crest. At 13 feet, Main Street near the creek floods and
agricultural fields adjacent to creek flood.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Macksburg and Lower Salem.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
