* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The following counties, in south central Ohio, Highland. In southwest Ohio, Clinton. * WHEN...Until 215 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Several roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 806 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wilmington, Hillsboro, Blanchester, Sabina, Lynchburg, Leesburg, New Vienna, Rocky Fork Point, Highland Holiday, Russell, Clarksville, Martinsville, Midland, Highland, Samantha, Morrisville, New Antioch, Lees Creek, Burtonville and Danville in Highland County.
