* WHERE...West Canada Creek at Hinckley.
* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 1227.0 feet, Minor flood stage with two feet of water
flowing over the spillway. The river overflows its banks
downstream.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 1227.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow evening and continue falling to 1226.5 feet Thursday
morning.
- Flood stage is 1227.0 feet.
