* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 1227.0 feet, minor flood stage with two feet of water
flowing over the spillway. The river overflows its banks.

- Forecast...The river is remain near a crest of 1227.4 feet
through Monday. It will then fall below flood stage late by
