Description:
* WHAT...Small stream flooding along Irondequoit Creek caused by
heavy rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of western New York, including the following
county, Monroe.
* WHEN...Until 945 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Water levels will continue to rise along Irondequoit
Creek this morning following heavy rainfall last night. Water
levels will remain high through at least Monday morning. Extensive
flooding is likely in Ellison Park, and water may approach Blossom
Road where is passes through the park.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 711 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated rising water levels
along Irondequoit Creek due to heavy rain last night.
Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Low lying areas along Irondequoit Creek in Irondequoit, East
Rochester, Fairport, Brighton and Penfield.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
