Creek Road to Mechanic Street in Newport remains closed due to
water over the roadway.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 1227.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
this afternoon and continue falling to 1225.6 feet early
Sunday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 1227.0 feet.
