* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Moderate flood stage and several RV parks
are inundated with one to two feet of water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 6.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage late tonight
to 5.6 feet tomorrow afternoon.
- Flood stage is 6.0 feet.
