* WHERE...A portion of central New York, including the following
county, Oneida.
* WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 747 AM EDT, NY511 has reported road closures along
Oriskany Creek due to flooding. Roads impacted include River
St in Oriskany and NY5 in Kirkland.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Rome, Westmoreland, New York Mills, Yorkville, Clinton,
Oriskany, Clark Mills, Kirkland, Whitesboro, Colemans and
Oriskany Battlefield State Historic Site.

Instruction:
