* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...West Canada Creek at Hinckley.
* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 1228.0 feet, Moderate flood stage. Three feet of
water are spilling over and there is widespread flooding
downstream between Hinckley and Herkimer.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 1228.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 1228.6
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late
tomorrow morning.
- Flood stage is 1227.0 feet.
