...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in New
York...
Chenango River At Sherburne affecting Chenango County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Chenango River at Sherburne.
* WHEN...From late tonight to Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 8.5 feet, Water spreads throughout agricultural lands
nearest the river on the West side of Sherburne.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:30 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 7.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
just after midnight tonight to a crest of 9.0 feet tomorrow
morning. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow
evening.
- Flood stage is 8.5 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
