Flooding leads to some closures along Kellogg Road to the south of Cortland. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 5.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 8.3 feet this evening.
