For the Black River...including Boonville, Watertown...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Black River at Watertown. * WHEN...Until Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Flood stage, farmland flooding begins in the Flats with some roads flooded. Minor damages to riverfront commercial properties in Dexter. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 9.71 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 10.2 feet Friday night. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday afternoon. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.1 feet on 03/29/2021. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
