For the Black River...including Boonville, Watertown...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Black River at Watertown. * WHEN...From early this morning until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Flood stage, farmland flooding begins in the Flats with some roads flooded. Minor damages to riverfront commercial properties in Dexter. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 9.27 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning and continue rising to a crest of 11.4 feet this afternoon. It will then rise to 11.5 feet Saturday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 11.5 feet on 03/19/1990. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
