River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...North River at Palmyra. * WHEN...Until Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, County Road 337, northeast of Palmyra, begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.7 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:30 PM CDT Thursday was 13.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
