Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Missouri, including the following
county, Cooper.
* WHEN...Until 215 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 850 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated light to moderate
rainfall was tapering off across the warned area. Between 1.5
and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Runoff from this rainfall
will produce flooding into the afternoon hours. Road closures
are possible today.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Boonville, Pilot Grove, Bunceton, Prairie Home, Wooldridge
and Lamine.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
