South Grand River at Urich affecting Henry, Bates and Cass Counties. Wakenda Creek at Carrollton affecting Carroll County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wakenda Creek at Carrollton. * WHEN...Until Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying undeveloped areas along the creek begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 16.6 feet this afternoon.
