Petite Saline Creek near Boonville affecting Cooper County. .Thunderstorms producing moderate to heavy rainfall are expected to overspread the region tonight. The forecast rainfall amounts for the next 24 hours are incorporated into these river forecasts. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Petite Saline Creek near Boonville. * WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to early Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Low lying woodlands and fields near the creek flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 6.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 17.3 feet tomorrow evening.
