* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of north central Missouri, including the following counties, Carroll and Chariton. * WHEN...Until 1215 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 857 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate rain is ending across the area. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
