It will rise above flood stage this morning, cresting at 16.2 feet early this afternoon. For the St. Francis River...including Patterson...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...St. Francis River near Patterson. * WHEN...Until late this evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor flooding occurs affecting mainly bottomland and surrounding low lying areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 16.2 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
