River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Black River near Annapolis. * WHEN...Until Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Flooding begins along County Road 146 Champion Springs Road... the road leading to the gage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM CST Saturday the stage was 11.2 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:15 PM CST Saturday was 11.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.5 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
