River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Black River near Annapolis. * WHEN...From this afternoon to late Monday night. * IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, County Road 372 will begin flooding near this height. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:15 AM CST Saturday the stage was 6.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 9.0 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
