For the St. Francis River...including Patterson...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...St. Francis River near Patterson. * WHEN...From late tonight to early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor flooding occurs affecting mainly bottomland and surrounding low lying areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CST Saturday the stage was 10.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 17.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
