* WHEN...From Sunday evening to early Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 20 feet, Flooding of lowlands will occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20
feet tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 20 feet.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
